Care Practice Training Method for Reducing Cross-Cultural Frictions Which Face Trainees of Care Worker from East Asia.

The aim of this study is to reveal a method of the care practice training for reducing cross-cultural frictions, in the case of introduction of trainees of care worker from East Asia. An interview survey using Structured Group Encounter was conducted on students from South Korea. From the result of peer interview, it suggests the presence of effectively of SGE, also positive interest, sensitivity and kindness of Japanese who take in trainee care workers.
