In this project a sensitivity, empathy, and introspection training program, which focused on emotional attunement to infants and children, was developed and its effectiveness was investigated in four consequent studies. The first study was conducted by using three questionnaires, the second study was analyzed interviews of the awareness process of the trainees, the third study was focused on the case studies, and the last study was investigated the changes of trainees' clinical competencies. As their results, we concluded that the sensitivity, empathy, and introspection training program was effective as a training program for graduate students of clinical psychology.

在这个项目中的敏感性，同情心，内省的培训计划，专注于情感调谐到婴儿和儿童，其有效性进行了调查，在随后的四个研究。第一项研究采用三份问卷进行调查，第二项研究采用访谈法分析实习生的认知过程，第三项研究采用个案研究，第四项研究调查实习生临床能力的变化。根据他们的结果，我们得出的结论是，敏感性、同理心和内省训练计划作为临床心理学研究生的训练计划是有效的。
