これまでに分離されたいくつかのミヤコグサFix-変異体を対象に、マクロアレイ解析によって、それぞれの変異体を特徴付ける宿主植物側の遺伝子発現プロファイルを明らかにした。これらの結果と、変異体根粒の詳細な内部構造の観察を通じて、根粒菌の細胞内共生体(バクテロイド)化に関わる宿主因子について考究した。また、新規のFix-変異体の遺伝分析を行い、複数の新規Fix-遺伝子をクローニングすることに成功した。

The host plant is isolated from the host plant and the host plant is characterized by a variety of different characteristics. The results showed that the host factors were closely related to the intracellular symbiosis of rhizomere. The new Fix-2 algorithm was successfully implemented.
