平成19年7月から平成20年3月まで計54名の生体肝移植ドナーに術前、レシピエントとの関係、ドナーになるに至った動機・過程・葛藤の有無、手術に対する不安についての半構造化面接、CMI健康調査票(身体状態)、SF-36(身体状態のQOL)、TAS-20(アレキシサイミア)、STAI(不安)、BDI(抑うつ)に関する心理テストを施行した。術前の身体症状がうつ状態の一症状である可能性が示唆された。
