本研究の目的は、医療の質指標の検討と協働的な組織づくりを考案することである。質指標には患者満足度等に加え、医療者が安全に医療提供できること、組織が健全に存続することも含まれた。また医師と看護師の協働の関連要因を検討した。両者の協働は満足度や健康等に関連する傾向や協働には忙しさ、コミュニケーションの機会等に影響される傾向にあった。協働的な組織をつくるには、上記の関連要因を改善する必要性が示唆された。
