Development of Assessment Index for prediction and Care Program for Prevention of Delirium for residents in Geriatric Health Service Facilities

本研究的目的是为老年卫生服务机构(GHSF)居民预防妄想的预测和护理方案制定评估指标。妄想症是一种以注意力、知觉、思维、记忆、睡眠-觉醒周期同时紊乱为特征的短暂性脑综合征(Dick LK，1994)。我们采访了11名护士，以确定评估点和护理在GHSF的妄想。内容分析得出评价点有9个类别，包括“严重情绪波动”，护理类别有8个类别，包括“尽量减少焦虑”。我们制定了预防精神错乱的护理方案。

The purpose of this study was to develop assessment index for prediction and care program for prevention of delirium for residents in Geriatric Health Service Facilities (GHSF). Delirium is transient brain syndrome characterized by concurrent disorders of attention, perception, thinking, memory, sleep-wake cycle (Dick LK, 1994). We interviewed 11 nurses to identify assessment point and care for delirium in GHSF. The content analysis yielded 9 categories for assessment point included"severe mood swings"and 8 categories for care included"try to reduce anxiety". We made care program for prevention of delirium.
