We have developed a e-learning system that realizes high-resolution and low-bit-rate video distributions for chalk-and-talk based lectures. In this system, pictures of chalkboards taken by a high-resolution digital still camera and videos of a lecturer taken by a video camera are separately archived into web servers and distributed to students on the Internet, then superimposed on their computers. This method also realizes a low-bit-rate streaming.

我们已经开发了一个电子学习系统，实现了高分辨率和低比特率的视频分发粉笔和谈话为基础的讲座。在该系统中，高分辨率数字静态相机拍摄的黑板照片和摄像机拍摄的讲师视频分别存档到网络服务器中，并在互联网上分发给学生，然后叠加在他们的计算机上。该方法还实现了低比特率流。
