After the conclusion of the Treaty of Beijing in1860, the Russian establishment of the city of Vladivostoke, the opening of three North China treaty ports, and the opening of Japanese treaty ports opened the gates for Chinese migration to Northeast Asia. In this study, I observed acceptance and exclusion of Chinese immigrant. I focused on Chinese immigrant communities and organizations such as charity in host society in Mukden.Through this study, the following results were obtained : People born in the same area had lasting bonds, and helped each other, so they were able to maintain their businesses through economic depressions and unstable international circumstances. Shandong-bang was one such group in Northeast Asia. On the other hand, people who didn't have such tight knit communities became more socially vulnerable.

1860年《北京条约》签订后，沙俄设立符拉迪沃斯托克市，开放华北三个通商口岸，日本开放通商口岸，打开了中国人向东北亚移民的大门。在这项研究中，我观察了中国移民的接受和排斥。通过对奉天侨居地华人社区和慈善机构等组织的研究，得出了以下结论：出生在同一地区的人之间有着持久的联系，他们互相帮助，因此能够在经济萧条和不稳定的国际环境中维持自己的事业。山东帮就是东北亚的一个这样的群体。另一方面，那些没有紧密联系的社区的人变得更加脆弱。
