This study consists of three parts. First part of the study observes changes of the Japanese liner shipping markets by using time varying CAPM β.The second is to construct models to explain the determinants of spot and future/forward prices in tramp shipping markets. The third is to examine the effect of governance structure on ports by using simple models and case studies.

本研究共分三个部分。第一部分利用时变资本资产定价模型（CAPM β）观察日本班轮运输市场的变化，第二部分建立模型解释不定期船运输市场现货和期货/远期价格的决定因素。三是通过简单模型和案例分析来考察治理结构对港口的影响。
