現在の日本社会では,雇用情勢や人々の生活状況は急激に悪化している.格差拡大や新自由主義の台頭などの背景から,様々な立場の人々がお互いに自己責任論を振りかざし,人心が殺伐としつつある.この現状を心理学の立場から検討する目的で,大学生の就職活動を題材にした調査研究や,市場調査会社を通じたWeb調査(2回)で,男女正規・非正規雇用者のイメージと職業選択の原因・責任帰属,およびその影響要因を調査した.
