平成２８年度は（１）研究で使用する冠動脈イメージデータの収集、（２）収集したデータの管理システムの構築、（３）画像データを元に三次元的に画像を再構築する、などを行う予定であった。そのため、本年度前半に日本心血管インターベンション学会総会での情報収集、データ管理のための記録媒体の購入を行った。また、取得した画像データを匿名化したものを利用して、光干渉断層法に関する成書の原稿も執筆することができた。以上のように研究を準備している段階であったが、研究代表者が１０月に急遽米国へ留学することになった。研究代表者が不在となるため今回取得した予算は規定により使用できず、そのため今回取得した科研費を使用した研究は中止することに至った。今回立案した研究自体は本学で継続されるため、今後の進捗状況をみながら研究代表者や研究内容を少し変更して再度科研費の申請を行う予定である。

In 2008, the Company conducted research on (1) the collection of information on the use of coronary artery data,(2) the construction of management systems for collection,(3) the reconstruction of three-dimensional image data, and (4) the pre-determined construction of image data. In the first half of the year, the Japanese Cardiovascular Society held a conference on information collection, data management and acquisition of recording media. The author of this paper is interested in the use of optical tomography to obtain anonymous images. The above research is carried out at the stage of preparation, and the research representative is carried out at the stage of preparation. The research representative is not available for use. The current status of the research project, the future progress of the project, the number of research representatives, the amount of research content, and the application for re-research fees are determined.
