本研究では、当初、ブタを用いた研究を想定して計画していた。しかしその後に発表された新しい文献により、イヌでの研究が可能とのことが判明した。ブタと比べ、イヌによる本研究の施行の方が、体重が小さいため、使用する薬剤や、輸液量の節約、手技の簡素化が可能となるなど、今後のメリットが大きいと判断した。このため、具体的な手技や特に器械のパラメータ設定などの情報入手・構築に大幅な時間を要する結果となった。しかし、学内の動物研究に関する倫理委員会では、イヌは外部団体等の意向から、許可が下りにくいとのことであった。様々な方法を考慮したが、当初の予定通り、ブタを用いた研究に再転換することとなり、倫理委員会への再申請と、ブタに合わせた実験器具の購入などを行っていた。本研究は、当初計画どおりに進んでいなかったが、研究期間を延長申請して研究を遂行しようとしていたところであった。

This study is based on the original plan. It is possible to find out what is happening in the new literature. The study was conducted on the basis of weight, dosage, transfusion volume, manual simplification, and future evaluation. This is the first time that the user has been able to create a large amount of information. The ethics committee is responsible for animal research in the university and for the intention and permission of the external body. We will consider different methods, make the original decisions, replace the existing research, re-apply for the ethics committee, and purchase the actual equipment.
