项目摘要

本研究はSLE患者を対象としたメイクセラピーを取り入れたアピアランスケアプログラムであり、患者の有益性の発見の獲得における有効性を検証することを目的としている。研究対象者が語った「自己像」をメイクアップで表現すること、SLEに罹患してからの体験、その時の自分の思いを振り返って、SLEとの病気の体験を通して自分にとっての有益性の発見につながることを期待される。新型コロナ感染を危惧し、患者が必要最小限の外来に受診し、かつ受診に必要な時間以外に病院に滞在したくない心理もあり、昨年度研究対象者のリクルートができなかった状況を踏まえ、今年度は対象者に外来患者に加えて入院患者も追加し、プログラムの実施方法にZoomによるオンライン式も導入することを試みた。しかし、ステロイド剤を内服しているＳＬＥ患者は感染リスクが高いため、マスクを外しメイクセラピーを受けることは患者にとってハードルが高かった。また、Zoomによるオンライン式の実施方法においても、自宅にパソコンがないため、スマホの画面が小さく、メイクセラピーをうけることに限界があるため、新規の研究対象者を確保できなかった。今年度はこれまでに収集したデータを整理し分析を行った。研究の結果を学会発表（日本看護科学学会）また論文投稿（大阪医科薬科大学医学会雑誌）した。
