项目摘要

本研究の目的は、都市にいる人々が、自発的、継続的にセンシングに参加し、協働してもらうことで市民参加型まちづくりを実現することである。本研究では、これまでに行った比較実験及び実証実験により有効性が確認された、場所に仮想的に設置されたモンスターを介したインタラクションを、国内外含めた複数都市内での参加型センシング及び協調型コントロールに適用する。そのために、国内外各所で参加型センシング、協調型コントロールそれぞれの実証実験を重ね、異なる都市規模でのロケモンの有効性及び汎用性を明らかした上で実運用を目指す。採用開始時までに本研究の評価として、大学内比較実験と日本国内の都市レベルでの実証実験を行なった。これらの結果から本研究の有効性が確認されたため、本年度は、実験を継続するとともに、成果を論文としてまとめた。成果はまず、”Design and Implementation of Participatory Crowdsensing Platform for Efficient Information Gathering for Smart Cities”（「スマートシティにおける効率的な情報収集のための参加型センシングシステムデザイン及び構築法」）として博士論文を執筆し、本論文を元に本年度の博士学位を取得した。また、トップ国際学会への論文投稿により、論文推敲及び実験計画の再考を重ねた。本研究の成果から、情報処理学会より、研究会および研究会主催シンポジウムにおける研究発表のうちから特に優秀な論文に贈られる2018年度山下記念研究賞を授与した。また、関連成果として、都市内参加型センシング実運用時に必要となる人・モノの位置情報推定を可能とするセンサネットワークに関する国外学会における発表、および、行政職員向け参加型センシングに関する国内外学会における発表を行った。
