ポケットを有する褥瘡の治癒過程における浸出液中のサイトカインを調査した。その結果、bFGF が上昇するとポケット面積の縮小を47.9%の頻度で認め、VEGF が上昇するとポケット面積の縮小を51.4%の頻度で認めた。さらに、通常の表皮化をたどる褥瘡と先行する収縮をたどる褥瘡の肉芽増殖期のポケット面積とbFGF とVEGF の推移から、先行する収縮ではbFGF とVEGF は共に推移していなかった。このbFGF とVEGF の推移が連動し縮小した時に実施していたケアは、ポケット内洗浄回数の増加と抗菌剤の使用であった。

The healing process of decubitus ulcer was investigated in the leaching solution. Results: bFGF increased and VEGF decreased by 47.9% and 51.4% respectively. In general, the epidermis of decubitus ulcer is preceded by contraction, and the granulation stage of decubitus ulcer is preceded by contraction, and the area of decubitus ulcer is preceded by bFGF and VEGF. The change of bFGF and VEGF is related to the decrease of VEGF concentration, the increase of VEGF concentration and the use of antibacterial agents.
