わが国の院内感染予防対策は改善されつつあるが,未だに院内感染は発生していることから,医療職の中でも最も多くを占める看護職によるスタンダードプレコーション(標準予防対策)の実践内容と認識について,教育・推進活動を促進するという観点から検討した。研修への参加については,過去に受けた一回限りの研修や,年齢,最終教育歴などの影響や,手指消毒液の効果に関する認識などの変化が示され,研修を効果的に継続する重要性が示唆された。
