This study aims to establish a children's health management preparation program. The 3-year research was carried out from 2007 to 2010. (1) We conducted semi-structured interviews with about fifty nursery nurses and mothers raising preschool children. The actual objectives of the study are to grasp and analyze the current situation of children's health management, then to narrow the focus of problems, finally to extract contents for a preparation program. The data were analyzed in a qualitative and inductive way. (2) Accordingly, a symposium was held for child-raising mothers in order to give them the outcome of the study. (3) Aiming to create a program for children's voluntary participation in medical treatment, at present we engage in analyzing picture books as an effective tool, also the results of the study have been still being carefully analyzed regarding how mothers teach healthy lifestyle habit to their children. The study has not yet concluded, so we are still going to working on it.

本研究旨在建立儿童健康管理预备课程。该研究于2007年至2010年进行，为期3年。(1)我们对大约50名托儿所护士和抚养学龄前儿童的母亲进行了半结构化访谈。研究的实际目的是掌握和分析儿童健康管理的现状，然后缩小问题的焦点，最后提取内容，制定准备方案。对数据进行了定性和归纳分析。因此，为养育子女的母亲举行了一次专题讨论会，以便向她们介绍这项研究的结果。(3)为了创建一个儿童自愿参与医疗的项目，目前我们正在进行绘本分析作为一种有效的工具，关于母亲如何教育孩子健康的生活习惯的研究结果还在仔细分析中。这项研究还没有结束，所以我们还在继续努力。
