It was developed the simple 10-item instrument to measure self-efficacy for social participation (SESP) for shortening of the original 27-item SESP of individuals with psychiatric disabilities. Internal consistency of the total SESP-10 was excellent (α=0.905). Factor analysis yielded 4 interpretable factors : Trust for Social Self, Self Management, Social Adaptability, and Mutual Support. The scale demonstrated adequate criterion and construct validity.

本研究开发了简易社会参与自我效能量表（SESP），将原有的27项社会参与自我效能量表（SESP）缩短为10项。总SESP-10的内部一致性极好（α=0.905）。因子分析得到4个可解释的因子：社会自我信任、自我管理、社会适应能力和相互支持。该量表具有良好的信度和结构效度。
