本研究の目的は、双極性障害(BD)の神経認知機能障害と、拡散テンソル画像(DTI)を用いた異方性低下の関連の検討である。平成23年度は、双極I型障害(BpI)5名(男/女=3/2、34-44歳)、双極II型障害(BpII)5名(男/女=3/2、25-49歳)、および性別と年齢をマッチさせた健常対象者(Hc)7名(男/女=4/3、30-45歳)の神経認知機能検査(統合失調症認知機能簡易尺度日本語版BACS)および3テスラ憾工を用いたDTIの測定を行い、予備的な解析を行った。神経認知機能検査では言語性記憶、DTIでは脳梁、左前視床放線、左鈎状束のFA値(fractional anisotropy)に対する解析を行った。

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between bipolar disorder (BD) and cognitive dysfunction and the relationship between dichotomous disorder and cognitive dysfunction (DTI). In 2009, 5 people with bipolar I disorder (BpI) (male/female = 3/2, 34-44 years old), bipolar II disorder Harm (BpII) 5 people (male/female = 3/2, 25-49 years old), およびgender and age をマッチさせたKenjou elephant 7 patients (Hc) (male/female = 4/3, 30-45 years old) underwent cognitive function test (simple integration disorder cognitive function Standard Japanese version BACS) および3テスラHANKOをmeasured by いたDTI を行い, prepared なanalytic を行った.
