25年度は、臨床看護師を対象としたリフレクションのアセスメント尺度の信頼性と妥当性の検証過程を進めた。① 26項目に項目精選したアセスメントツール原案２の尺度項目の信頼性と妥当性の検証結果を、第33回日本看護科学学会学術集会で公表した。② さらに、26項目からなるアセスメント尺度原案２を、さらに精選をして27項目とし、尺度の外部職度との併存妥当性の検証を行った。[方法]対象は、平成25年度に研究者らが実施した「リフレクション研修」を受講した病院に勤務する看護師約300名。調査内容は、リフレクションのアセスメント尺度原案２（27項目）と批判的思考態度（33項目）：５段階（１．全く当てはまらない、２．あまり当てはまらない、３．どちらとも言えない、４．少し当てはまる、５．とても当てはまる）のリッカート法尺度。批判的態度尺度の使用は開発者から許諾を得た。結果を分析中である。26年度～27年度にかけて公表をする予定である。③外部研究協力者との打ち合わせ会議で、26年度の具体的なデータ収集・研修計画案を策定した。26年度は最終年度で、当初の目標達成に向かって、①リフレクション思考の深さと看護実践能力との関連から調査を実施する。また、②リフレクションの思考の深さと学習する組織への変革の観点から調査を実施する。これらにより、リフレクションの思考のアセスメントツールの活用の有用性を検証する。諸処の事情により26年度の本研究助成事業での研究続行が出来なくなったが、本研究は、活用できるリフレクション思考のアセスメントツール開発が目標であるため、継続可能な対策をとって目標を達成し、27年度には成果を公表していく予定である。
