项目摘要

ニュージーランドで開発された、児童・思春期うつ病に対する精神療法コンピュータープログラムSPARXを日本語化し、平成28年3月までに単施設パイロット研究を進めながら、大規模臨床試験のための研究フィールドを富山・愛知・高知・佐賀の国内4地域で確立し、データ管理システムを開発し、平成28年4月からうつ・不安の予防研究として多施設クラスター無作為割付試験を実施する計画であった。本年度までに、SPARXのスクリプトの翻訳・逆翻訳による日本語化や、本領域に関する情報収集による必要とされる追加治療要素の抽出を行った。しかしながら、実際の日本語版SPARXの作成、つまり画面表示・セリフの日本語化や音声の日本語吹き替え、また日本風キャラクターへの変更・開発を平成27年8月までに行う予定であったが、ニュージーランド側の研究協力者作業遅延のため、平成28年1月になっても終了しなかった。また、平成27年8月にNZ側が本研究者らへの説明なしに日本語版ソフトの商業利用契約を日本の民間企業と結んでしまった。数カ月にわたって交渉したが契約は覆らず、本研究結果がどのようなものであれ今後企業がプログラムの利用範囲を規定することが確定的となった。ニュージーランドの協力研究者の問題により、SPARXの開発も進まず、研究結果の有効活用の道もほぼ断たれたため、平成28年1月大変残念ではあるが廃止決定に至った。
