项目摘要

本研究の目的は、東アジア地域の為替相場制度に関する研究を土台に、将来の地域通貨金融統合に向けた理論的実証的研究を行うことである。そこで平成21年度は、平成20年度に行なった東アジア地域為替相場制度に関する三つの研究サーベイ(Bipolar View対中間的為替相場制度論争に関する研究、中国・人民元為替相場制度論争のサーベイ、これら論争に共通する理論的命題Impossible Trinity命題の再検討)に、次の研究サーベイを加え、本研究を締め括った。追加した研究サーベイ…欧州通貨制度(EMS)の経験と東アジア共通為替相場制度の可能性研究の総括的課題…東アジア共通通貨実現のための理論的里程標研究の意義と結果:本研究を開始して約半年が経過した段階の2008年秋に、アメリカ発の世界金融危機が発生した。その結果、対米輸出を基調に経済発展を遂げてきた日本・中国及び東アジア地域には、深刻なデフレ圧力が加わった。このアメリカ発世界金融危機は、研究代表者が長年に亘ってその危険性を理論的且つ実証的に指摘していたことであり、或る意味、理論が予期し懸念した危機が発生した訳である。研究代表者は、かかる理論的・実証的研究課題全体について、本研究の総括的締め括りとして研究図書を出版した。他方、研究分担者は、研究代表者との取り組みを通じ、数多くの国際的研究成果を発表した。特にその内の一編は、下記の通り、国際的にも著名なThe Business Review, Cambridgeにも掲載された。また研究代表者は、数多くの研究論文を外国人研究者と共同で発表し、研究機関中積極的に国際学会での研究発表も行なった。

The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between the regional currency exchange system and the future regional currency financial integration theory. Additional research topics: European currency system (EMS) development and common currency system for alternative field system possibility research topics: Eastern common currency implementation and theoretical milestone research significance Results: This study began about half a year after the development stage of the autumn of 2008, the world financial crisis began. As a result, the output of the system has been developed in Japan, China and the East. The world financial crisis has been studied by representatives for many years, and the theory has been proved to be critical. The research representative has published a book on theoretical and practical research topics, including the conclusion of this research. Other parties, research partners, research representatives and organizations have been selected to communicate with each other, and many international research results have been presented. The Business Review, Cambridge, Cambridge. Many research papers are published by foreign researchers, and research organizations are active in international research.
