项目摘要

本年度は日本、米国、中国を中心に、企業の環境経営と生産性の関係性について研究を行った。1.日本の特許庁や米国のPatent and Trademark Officeの統計から企業の環境技術に関する特許情報を収集し、企業の研究開発費と環境イノベーション、さらにはイノベーションによる環境保全効果と経済効果に関する研究を行った。こうした研究は欧州企業、特にドイツを中心に行われており、日本を対象とした研究が少ないことから、環境と経済の両立可能性を検証する上で重要な事例研究になると考える。2.企業の生産性分析では、複数の投入・産出財を考慮した効率性評価が可能なData Envelopment AnalysisとDirectional Distance Functionを適用し、企業の生産性の変化、環境保全取り組み費用と経済効率性の関係性、限界削減費用と潜在的削減可能量に関する分析を行った。研究成果は査読付論文として発表した。3.国内製造業と米国製造業を対象としたアンケート調査から、環境経営に関する認知指標データセットを作成した。本年度では、国内製造業の認知指標データを使用し、共分散構造分析を適用することで、企業が政府による環境規制、社会・市場からの環境保全に関する要請をどのように知覚し、企業の内部要因と成果要因に反映させているかのメカニズムを明らかにした。研究成果は査読付論文として発表した。最終年度の本年は日本、中国、米国のジャーナルに計4本の査読付論文を発表し、精力的に研究成果を公表した。また、企業の環境経営が生産効率性を向上させるメカニズムを説明し、途上国の企業に対して環境経営が長期的には経済効率性を高めるという説得力のある説明を行い、環境保全に積極的に取り組むためのインセンティブを国際学会や査読付論文を通じて、各国の環境政策及び企業の経営戦略の意思決定者に提示した。

This year, we conducted research on environmental management and productive relationships in Japan, the United States and China. 1. This year, the use of cognitive indicators in the domestic manufacturing industry, the application of co-dispersion structure analysis, the requirements of enterprises for environmental regulation, social and market environmental preservation, and the reflection of internal factors and results of enterprises are clearly reflected. The results of the research are presented in the paper. In the final year, the research results of Japan, China and the United States were announced. The environmental management of the enterprise is characterized by its production efficiency, its long-term environmental management efficiency, its implementation, its active environmental protection, its organization, its research papers, its communication, its environmental policies and its rational decision-makers.
