项目摘要

今年度は、まず昨年度に引き続き、貨幣移転が可能な状況での非分割財の配分問題について、社会的に望ましい基準を満たし、かつ戦略的虚偽表明を防止する資源配分ルールの設計可能性について検討を行った。この問題は、住宅や周波数帯の利用権などの配分におけるオークション制度の設計に応用できる。特に、各個人が非分割財を最大1個まで消費でき、かつ個人の選好に所得効果が存在する状況での分析を行った。本研究では、戦略的虚偽表明の防止、効率性、個人合理性、および支払いの非負性の条件による競り上げ式配分ルール(競り上げ式オークションを用いて配分を行う配分ルール)の特徴付けを与え、この研究成果を、Social Choice and Welfare、およびInternational Young Economists'Conferenceなどの学会やセミナーで報告した。次に公共財の確率投票モデルの研究を行い、単峰選好より狭いMinimally Rich選好のクラスにおいて、確率一般化中位投票者ルールの戦略的虚偽表明の防止および全射性(効率性に関する条件)の条件による特徴付けを行った。また、Minimally Rich選好を含む選好クラスの中で凸選好のクラスが、上記の2つの条件に加え、拒否権投票者の不在の条件を満たす投票ルールが存在する唯一の最大定義域であることを示した。さらに、個人が単峰な選好を持つ場合の同質な非分割財の確率配分問題において、戦略的虚偽表明の防止と効率性の条件を満たす配分ルールのクラスを特徴付けた。また、これまで研究を行ってきた複数の分割可能財の配分問題についても、一様ルールの戦略的虚偽表明の防止、全会一致性、対称性、および非介入性の条件による特徴付けの研究をまとめた論文の改訂を行った。
