本研究は,大学生を対象として,Health Action Process Approach (HAPA; Schwarzer, 1992)に準拠しながら,性感染症の予防を目的としたコンドームの使用行動を促進させるための心理・行動モデルの構築を行い,わが国における大学生の性感染症予防を促進させるための基礎資料を提言することを目的とした。平成22年度に行った研究の概要と知見を以下にまとめる。1.大学生を対象に,性感染症の予防行動に対する行動意図を測定する尺度の開発を行った。その結果,信頼性と妥当性が確認された性感染症の予防行動に対する行動意図尺度が開発された。本結果については,日本健康教育学会誌に掲載された。2.大学生を対象に,性感染症予防を目的としたコンドームの使用行動に関連する結果予期を測定する尺度の開発を行った。その結果,信頼性と妥当性が確認されたコンドームの使用行動に関する結果予期尺度が開発された。本結果については,桜美林大学大学院国際学研究科紀要に掲載された。3.大学生を対象に,Health Action Process Approach (HAPA)を用いて,性感染症の予防を目的としたコンドームの使用行動の検証を行った。共分散構造分析によるパス解析の結果,HAPAの適合度は,GFI=.96,AGFI=.84,CFI=.95,RMSEA=.14を示した。本研究の結果から,HAPAによって,大学生の性感染症の予防を目的としたコンドームの使用行動を説明することが可能であることが示唆された。

In this study, college students were predisposed to sexual infection, Health Action Process Approach (HAPA; Schwarzer, 1992) prepared for the prevention of sexual infection. For college students, Health Action Process Approach (HAPA) uses drugs, and sexy infections are used for prevention purposes. The results of co-dispersion analysis, HAPA analysis and GFI=.96,AGFI=.84,CFI=.95,RMSEA=.14 analysis showed that the results of the analysis were satisfactory. The results of this study showed that HAPA was successful and that the prevention of sexually transmitted infections among college students was aimed at the prevention of sexual infection.
