Dynamics between multiple nuclear factors and genomic DNA in the nucleus during neuronal differentiation remain undiscovered. Here, we quantitatively observed dynamics of some nuclear proteins and genomic loci by fluorescent imaging in vitro and in vivo. As a result, we can detect an interaction between a transcription factor and its recognition sequence at the single-molecule level.
