We have synthesized organic-inorganic hybrid nanoparticles by using supercritical water as a reaction medium. We also succeeded in the synthesis of three dimensional ordered structures of nanoparticles. The highly concentrated dispersion liquid of nanoparticles exhibited low viscosity. The dispersed system can be treated as a phase by treating nanoparticles as a molecules.
