Research and Development of a Regional Culture-Oriented Multilingual Visual Resources

本计画以三种语言（英文、中文、日文）建构以冲绳文化为主题的视觉字典，提出一种基于地域文化的外语学习资源模式。该模型设计了一个典型观光目的地的虚拟之旅，如Tsuboya和Kokusai Dori。除了视觉词典的参考功能外，还使用了听写、测验、真实对话等有效的外语学习方式来提高语言学习模型的质量。

This project proposed a resource model for learning foreign languages based on regional cultures by constructing a visual dictionary focusing on the Okinawan culture in three languages(English, Chinese, and Japanese). The model is designed with a virtual tour of typical sight-seeing destinations such as Tsuboya and Kokusai Dori. Besides the referential function attained by the visual dictionary, effective ways of learning foreign languages such as dictation, quizzes, and authentic conversations are used to enhance the quality of the model for language learning.
