Study on the Industrial Policies and the SMEs Supporting Policies of the Local Governments under the Economical Change

Firstly, we sent out all cities a questionnaire on local industrial policies and pointed out that many cities do not make their own research on local industries to plan their local industrial policies and that it is important for local governments to invite factories from outside. Secondly, we made industrial researches in local areas to know how local companies respond the economic change during this decade. Thirdly, we studied some important problems to plan and carry out local industrial policies. And we published some books on these issues during these researches.
