Based upon the analyses of sakuji kiroku (construction records compiled after the completion of Daimyo mansions in the city of Edo), this study aimed to clarify what kinds of management methods made it possible to construct enormous buildings in the Edo period. The concept of construction management methods here means the acquisition and control action of money, staff, materials, and time in order to complete construction. Through the understanding of the methods, we tried to realize the characteristics of architecture, city and society of the Edo period. Although the main objects of analyses were the construction records of Hagi clan's Edo estates, we compared other clan's records with Hagi clan's ones.

本研究通过对江户大名府建成后的建筑记录《筑地记录》的分析，探讨江户时代是怎样的管理方式使大型建筑得以建造。这里的施工管理方法的概念是指为了完成施工而进行的资金、人员、材料和时间的获取和控制行动。通过对这些方法的理解，我们试图了解江户时代的建筑、城市和社会的特点。虽然分析的主要对象是Hagi氏族江户庄园的建造记录，但我们将其他氏族的记录与Hagi氏族的记录进行了比较。
