英文摘要
We identified lung cancer stem cells using CD133 as a marker. A small fraction of all 19 cell lines examined expressed CD133. Resistant cells against gefitinib showed high % of CD133 positive cells. Lung stem cells at brochiolalveolar duct junction amplified after birth and naphthalene treatment, but no after bleomycin treatment.
