The effects of therapeutic exercise on the endothelial cell, monocyte and platelet functions and atherosclerosis in metabolic syndrome

动脉粥样硬化引起血小板活化、内皮功能障碍和凝血纤溶障碍，导致血栓形成。这项研究的目的是确定持续运动对预防动脉粥样硬化的影响。治疗性运动降低了脑梗死患者的内皮功能障碍、血小板活化和凝血活性，但增加了纤溶能力。提示治疗性运动对脑梗死具有二级预防作用。

Atherosclerosis causes platelet activation, endothelial dysfunction and coagulation fibrinolytic disorder, resulting in thrombosis. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of continuing exercise on the prevention of atherosclerosis. Therapeutic exercise decreased endothelial dysfunction, platelet activation and coagulation activity but increased fibrinolytic capacity in patients with cerebral infarction. It is suggested that therapeutic exercise has a role in secondary prevention for cerebral infarction.
