In this study, the project "Bewegte Schule (Moving school)" in physical education schools in Germany and Switzerland is investigated, and the situation and the problems have been confirmed. This project was started by Urs Illi in Switzerland and has extended in Germany, but the approch is quite different according to the region and the school. There are four concept for this project, and "movement" is at the center of the school. The purpose is to develop health, communication between students and to implement school reform.

本研究通过对德国和瑞士的体育学校实施“移动学校”项目的调查，了解其现状和存在的问题。该项目由瑞士的Urs Illi发起，并在德国推广，但根据地区和学校的不同，方法有很大的不同。这个项目有四个概念，“运动”是学校的中心。其目的是为了促进学生的健康、交往和学校改革的实施。
