In order to study various phenomena with global-scale, it is necessary to construct a comprehensive analysis system which supports to understand the global environment. We aim to construct a phenomenon archives system for a cross-reference with regard to observation data on the global environment. To construct the archives system, we have developed a method to build an enormous database on earth observation, a method of cross-reference and delivery of contents stored in distributed databases, and techniques to search phenomena such as keyword search on text data.
