In this study, the effect of the corporate environmental communication activity was clarified from interviews. On the basis of the investigation, some system models were created and the effectiveness of the environmental communication activity was analyzed using simulation technique of the agent-based modeling. The following two cases were focused: the employee participation type activity of companies and the support for the environmental management of the small and medium-sized enterprises in a local community.
