Research on Genealogy in Japanese Medieval History

本研究旨在推进日本中世纪宗谱研究。具体来说，我分析了东北地区的家谱图，并研究了它们是何时、为何绘制的、谁绘制的等等问题。例如，在14世纪，作为文献证据之一，绘制了一张家谱图。后来，它成为一种新的家谱图的来源。我的结论是，家谱在不同的场合有不同的意义。

This research aims to advance genealogy in Japanese medieval history. Concretely I analyze the genealogical charts in the Tohoku District, and I investigate the question when and why they were drawn up, who drew up them, and so on. For example, a genealogical chart was drawn up as one of documentary evidences in the 14th century. Later it became the source for a new genealogical chart. I reach the conclusion that the genealogical charts had different significance according to the occasion.
