There are two themes in the study of historical views about the nationalsocialistic past times in the criminal law history science. Those are the crimes in the times of the second world war and the punishment of the crimes after the second world war. In the three years the relation between the two themes was considered.

刑法史学中关于民族社会主义过去的历史观研究有两个主题。这些都是第二次世界大战时期的罪行以及第二次世界大战之后对罪行的惩罚。在这三年里，我们考虑了这两个主题之间的关系。
