The Influence which the reorganization of the Enterprise Organization Give the Labor Union and Correspondence to the Lover Union.

我重点考察了JAM(日本金属机械制造业工人协会)和JEIU(日本电气电子信息联盟)，考察的重点是公司组织重组对工会的影响，结果两个协会的影响力有很大差异，JEIU的影响力更大。因此，JEIU将立场改为工业工会，改为团体工人联合会集体成员法，将影响降至最低；相反，、JAM积极参与，并将权力授予当地总部。

I focus on JAM(Japanese Association of Metal, Machinery, and Manufacturing Workers) And JEIU(Japanese Electrical Electronic & Information Union) mainly examined it, and the center of the examination is the influence that company organization reorganization gave the labor union.As a result, there was considerable difference in influence in both associations, and it was bigger in JEIU. Therefore, JEIU changed the position to the Industrial unions into Federation of group Workers collective member method and minimized influence.In contrast、JAM participated positively and gave the authority to the local headquarters.
