Comparative study on social networks of non profit organizations

为了厘清非营利组织的组织特征与其在人文服务和社会服务领域的社会网络之间的关系，本研究从理论和实证两个方面展开研究。在理论研究中，整合了经济学和社会学的研究成果，构建了理论框架。在实证研究中，通过对日本、美国等非营利组织组织结构和社会网络的定量和定性研究，找出其组织结构和社会网络的实际状况。

To clarify relationship between the organizational characteristics of non profit organizations (NPOs) and their social networks in the field of human services and social services, this research approached from both theoretical and empirical studies. In theoretical studies, theoretical frame was structured by integrating the findings of economics and sociological knowledge. In empirical studies, actual status of the organizational structure and social networks of NPOs was found out by quantitative and qualitative research including Japan and the United States.
