Study on the Construction of "Welfare Geography" and "Sustainable Welfare Community"

本研究旨在将地理（或空间、土地）概念引入福利政策领域，建立“可持续福利社区”模式。基于这一取向，本研究对地方政府进行了关于地方复兴与激活的问卷调查，并通过对调查数据的分析，提出了城市政策与福利政策的整合、地方经济的乘数效应、增长导向与稳态、地方自治与再分配等政策建议。

This study aims at introducing the concept of geography (or space, land) into the area of welfare policy and establishing the model of "sustainable welfare community." Based upon this orientation this study conducted the questionnaire survey to the local governments about the revival and activation of local areas, and drawing upon the analysis of the survey date this study came up with some policy proposals regarding the integration of urban policy and welfare policy, local multiplier effect of economy, growth orientation vs steady-state and the autonomy of local areas and redistribution.
