Drug-interactions of cardiovascular agents were studies in animal studies and clinical studies. For example、it was suggested when losartan was coadministered CYP2C9 inhibiters, the pharmacodynamics effects was decreased due to decrease of the active metabolite concentration. Quality use informations of disopiramide aprindine, pirmenol and cibenzoline were established based on the population pharmacokinetic analysis. It was considered that this information contribute the drug therapy of cardiovascular diseases.
