The purpose of this study is to develop an alert system using past prescription data already stored in an EHR system. In this study I developed the prototype system and produced the system design for practical medical use. The alert system works when it finds huge difference between dose of physicians' prescriptions and the standard one statistically calculated from large number of past prescription data. I think this system would be especially useful for residents who don't have enough experience. In addition, I expect it will reduce a lot of meaningless alerts.

本研究的目的是开发一个警报系统，使用过去的处方数据已经存储在EHR系统。在这项研究中，我开发了原型系统，并产生了实际医疗使用的系统设计。当发现医生处方剂量与从大量过去处方数据统计计算的标准剂量之间存在巨大差异时，警报系统工作。我认为这个系统对没有足够经验的住院医生特别有用。此外，我预计它将减少大量无意义的警报。
