Evaluation of effectiveness and safety of immune cell therapy for the unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer (Phase 2 trial)

对于不能切除的局部晚期胰腺癌，进行免疫细胞治疗。未成熟树突状细胞直接注射靶肿瘤使用内镜超声引导。经肿瘤裂解物致敏的未成熟树突状细胞可生长为具有肿瘤特异性免疫功能的成熟树突状细胞，并首次对人胰腺癌细胞表现出肿瘤特异性免疫毒性。

For the unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer, immune cell therapy was conducted. Immature dendritic cells were directly injected the target tumor using endoscopic ultrasonography guidance. Immature dendritic cell sensitized by tumor lysate grew up to the mature dendritic cell with tumor specific immunity and demonstrated tumor specific immunotoxicity to the human pancreatic cancer for the first time.
