We investigated the localization of CPM in lung cancer of human and rat. Anti-rat CPM antibody 7F9 was applied to a BHP-induced rat lung cancer model. In immunohistochemistry, CPM was localized in the cell membrane of pulmonary alveolar type II epithelial cells in normal tissue part, and also was in the cell membrane of pulmonary cancer part. In immunohistochemistry for CPM and TTF-1, positive cells were well consistent. Expression level of CPM in western blotting was increased with time. Therefore, CPM was considered one of the cancer-related molecules.

我们研究了CPM在人和大鼠肺癌中的定位。将抗大鼠CPM抗体7 F9应用于BHP诱导的大鼠肺癌模型。免疫组化结果显示，CPM在正常组织中定位于肺泡II型上皮细胞的细胞膜上，在肺癌组织中也定位于肺泡II型上皮细胞的细胞膜上。CPM和TTF-1免疫组化染色阳性细胞一致。Western blotting结果显示CPM的表达水平随着时间的延长而增加。因此，CPM被认为是癌症相关分子之一。
