The free radical's generation by [arugon laser] (henceforth Ar) used by the laser iridotomy and YAG laser (henceforth YAG) irradiation was verified by the electron spin resonance technique (henceforth ESR). The hydroxy radical's generation was confirmed as a result. And, radical's strength of Ar was stronger than that of YAG. Moreover, the laser was irradiated to a colored domestic rabbit and [Hexanoyl-Lysine] (henceforth HEL) in the anterior chamber water was measured. As a result, it was confirmed to show high price on the first day of the art. Moreover, the thing that HEL of non-operative eye rises slightly, too was confirmed.
