英文摘要
It's noted that expression of cyclooxygenase(COX) is induced in the inflammatory tissue, on the other hand, it is suggested that COX plays a significant role in oncogenesis during recent years, and high expression of COX-2 is induced in a number of the malignant neoplasm. In this study, the COX-2 selective inhibitor had tended to enhance the effect of anticancer drug and radiation against the human oral squamous carcinoma cell line. These results indicate that the COX-2 selective inhibitor may contribute to improving effect of oral cancer therapy.
