The objectives of this study were to develop medication adherence questionnaires and a psychoeducational program for children with mental health problems, and their mothers. We created the medication adherence questionnaires, based on the 10-item Drug Attitude Inventory (DAI-10). The questionnaires were named the Child Adherence Questionnaire (CAQ) and the Mother Adherence Questionnaire (MAQ). We then investigated the reliability and suitability of each questionnaire as a scale of medication adherence in each group. The CAQ was found to be internally consistent and confirmed concurrent validity. Additionally, some patient characteristics were found to correlate with CAQ and MAQ scores. We developed a psychoeducational program and teaching materials for children with mental health problems and their mothers based on the results of our work and previously published studies.

本研究的目的是为有精神健康问题的儿童及其母亲制定药物依从性问卷和心理教育计划。我们根据10项药物态度量表（DAI-10）创建了药物依从性问卷。问卷被命名为儿童依从性问卷（CAQ）和母亲依从性问卷（MAQ）。然后，我们调查了每个问卷的可靠性和适用性，作为每组药物依从性的量表。CAQ被认为是内部一致的，并确认同时有效性。此外，发现一些患者特征与CAQ和MAQ评分相关。根据我们的工作成果和先前发表的研究，我们为有心理健康问题的儿童及其母亲制定了心理教育计划和教材。
