本研究の目的は,アタッチメントに関する妊婦の内的ワーキングモデルと子どもの気質の認知を通じて育児不安や抑うつ傾向に及ぼす影響を検討することである。妊婦に対してAdult Attachment Interviewを実施し,妊娠時と出産6か月時に質問紙調査を行った。安定型の母親よりも不安定型の母親において,乳児を扱いにくいととらえた場合に,育児不安が高まることが示された。最後に,愛着理論の観点より,育児困難を感じている母親や家族に対する心理的援助について議論された。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between maternal anxiety and maternal quality, and the influence of maternal anxiety and maternal quality on maternal cognition. Adult Attachment Interview is conducted during pregnancy and at 6 months after birth. The mother of the stable type is not stable. The mother of the stable type is not stable.
