We conducted Phase I clinical trial of HSP70 mRNA-electroporated matured dendritic cells (DCs) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. A dose of DCs administrated subcutaneously 3 times every 3 weeks were escalated 1x10^7, 2x10^7, 3x10^7 cells. Ten patients were treated and had no serious events in this follow- up period. Two patients were CR. This treatment was safe and effective.

我们在肝细胞癌患者中进行了HSP70 mrna电穿孔成熟树突状细胞（dc）的I期临床试验。每3周皮下给药3次的dc剂量递增1 × 10^7、2 × 10^7、3 × 10^7个细胞。10例患者接受治疗，随访期间无严重事件发生。2例CR，治疗安全有效。
