Medical therapy with 38% silver diamine fluoride solution for multiple root surface caries of the old-old

三种药物，我。e.本研究使用38%氟化二胺银溶液（Saforide）、用于牙本质过敏治疗的树脂改性玻璃离聚物衬垫（Clinpro）和原型含氟化物牙齿表面涂层材料（Nanoseal）。用SEM-EPMA观察牙齿表面的形态变化、耐酸性的获得、牙齿结构中元素的吸收等。结果表明，Clinpro和Nanoseal具有与二胺氟化银相似的抗龋和牙本质脱敏作用。

Three sorts of medicines, i. e. 38% silver diamine fluoride solution(Saforide@), a resin-modified glass-ionomer liner for dentin hypersensitivity treatment(Clinpro@) and a prototype fluoride-containing tooth surface coating material(Nanoseal@) were employed for this study. The morphological changes of tooth surfaces, acquisition of acid resistance, element uptakes into tooth structure etc. were examined using SEM-EPMA. It was suggested that Clinpro@ and Nanoseal@ possessed an anti-cariogenic and dentin desensitizing effect similar to silver diamine fluoride.
